We are a leading Japanesefood Manufacturer seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our East Region team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for sales and a strong understanding of diverse cultural markets to contribute to our continued growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned East Region territory.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful order fulfillment.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows as needed.
• Requires travel within the East Region.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of proven sales experience with a track record of achieving sales goals is preferred.
• Fluent in English with the ability to communicate professionally in business settings.
• Proficiency in Japanese, Korean, or Chinese is preferred.
• Experience working with Japanese companies is highly preferred.
• Experience in the food industry is a huge plus, but not required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary:

DOE $70,000.00~80,000.00 + company car + benefit package

The salary will be determined based on the candidate's experience level, with the provided range typically reflecting 2-3 years of prior sales experience.
