Overview Of The Company

Fox TV Stations owns and operates 29 full‑power broadcast television stations across the United States, covering 14 of the top 15 largest designated market areas (DMAs) and operating duopolies in 11 DMAs, including New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago. Eighteen of these stations are affiliated with the FOX Network. Together, these stations broadcast approximately 1,200 hours of local news weekly while delivering a mix of sports, entertainment, and syndicated content that complements nationally distributed FOX Network programming.

Step up to the plate and transform the television sales landscape by joining us as a decisive Sales Assistant. In this role you will serve as the foundational support that drives our sales team’s success, ensuring seamless execution of all sales initiatives.

• Supporting Account Executives in executing sales initiatives.
• Managing administrative tasks, coordinating the sales pipeline, and maintaining CRM systems.
• Processing orders and assisting with prospecting, research, and sales planning.
• Facilitating communication between Account Executives, agency buyers, and clients.

• Proactive team player with strong multitasking skills in a dynamic environment.
• Customer‑oriented focus with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Deep understanding of the local TV marketplace and a willingness to grow and learn.
• Familiarity with Wide Orbit software is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with exceptional organization and prioritization skills.
• College degree preferred, but passion and eagerness to contribute are equally valued.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location, is $24.04 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union‑represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
