Base Pay Range$64,350.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr
Job SummaryAs an Account Executive, you will identify and develop relationships with businesses and organizations that would benefit from our temporary staffing services. You will spend your time researching prospective businesses by making introductory calls, visiting work sites, and delivering sales presentations. Much of your time will be spent outside the office, attending client meetings and events. You will consistently collaborate with the recruiting team to find and coach the best potential employee for each open position.
Responsibilities- Research and identify prospective clients via internet research, cold calling, referrals, etc.
- Proactively conduct high‑volume cold calling to set introductory client meetings.
- Meet clients: visit work sites, deliver sales presentations, and develop an understanding of client needs.
- Manage the job order process by partnering with internal staffing consultants to fulfill client needs.
- Maintain client relationships, serving as the first point–of–contact during the job order process and attending client entertaining events.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- A passion for working with people.
- Self‑motivated with a tenacious drive to exceed goals.
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment about business opportunities.
- Leadership skills and a competitive drive.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
