Talent Acquisition Business Partner – Small Business Services at ADPADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Small Business Services
. This role focuses on building and growing relationships with clients that have 1–49 employees. You will identify, sign, and sell ADP payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and related solutions to new and existing customers. No prior sales experience is required—ADP provides extensive training and technology to help you succeed.
- Work independently within a defined geographic territory to close sales and achieve targets.
- Implement a customer‑focused strategy to turn prospects into loyal clients.
- Deepen relationships across the ADP family by identifying upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Serve as an trusted advisor and ADP ambassador, collaborating daily with clients and internal partners while demonstrating grace under pressure.

Base salary ranges from $35,900.00 to $77,700.00 per year, depending on location, skills, and experience. Compensation includes potential bonuses, equity, and commissions. Actual compensation will not be less than applicable minimum wage or salary requirements.
