The RoleWe’re looking for an entrepreneurial Sales Enablement Manager to help scale our Commercial team. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced, lean environments and loves turning big ideas into scalable programs. You’ll support the entire Commercial organization, focusing on Sales, Customer Success, Strategy, Paid Media, Partnerships, and Measurement.
Key Responsibilities- Build a comprehensive sales enablement roadmap focused on onboarding, skill development, sales effectiveness, and leader training.
- Own onboarding: design and continuously evolve the experience for all new Commercial team members.
- Coach & develop: lead training on discovery, value‑based selling, storytelling, objection handling, and negotiation.
- Empower leaders: deliver manager development programs that build coaching capabilities and elevate performance.
- Analyze & optimize: identify skill gaps and opportunities by analyzing performance data, listening to Gong calls, and gathering feedback.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Client Success, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Product to align programs with priorities and launches.
- Deliver engaging content: create dynamic learning experiences via workshops, async content, coaching guides, and toolkits.
- Measure success: establish a framework with clear metrics and feedback loops to track adoption and revenue impact.
- Innovate: stay ahead of learning trends, sales innovations, and industry best practices, exploring new technologies to reimagine work.
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, learning & development, or a similar role, preferably in SaaS, AdTech, or creator economy.
- Proven success building enablement programs from scratch.
- Strong understanding of modern sales methodologies and the full buyer’s journey.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills for both contributors and leadership.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives autonomously.
- Analytical, impact‑driven mindset using data and feedback to refine programs.
- Commercial mindset to enable sales teams to hit revenue targets.
- Collaboration skills with cross‑functional stakeholders in a high‑growth environment.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and eager to execute in a lean, dynamic team.
- Eagerness to explore AI and emerging technologies to reimagine work.
- Experience in a sales role or coaching salespeople and managers.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Gong, Salesforce, Highspot, or similar platforms.
- Experience scaling programs on a limited budget or resource.
- Passion for the creator economy and deep understanding of its landscape.
