Overview
Looking for a computer literate person for the front counter of a VERY busy Auto Sales/Service Family Business. The right person for this job should have computer skills (Word, Excel, All Data preferred but will train), pleasant phone voice, able to multi-task, and knowledge of Auto sales/service helpful. Brand New Location with new Equipment. Send resume for consideration.
Responsibilities- Greet customers and handle front counter duties in a high-volume auto sales/service environment.
- Utilize computer applications (Word, Excel) and Auto data systems (All Data preferred) to support daily operations.
- Answer and manage phone calls with a pleasant, professional manner.
- Multi-task across tasks and assist with coordinating services and sales activities as needed.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel;
All Data experience preferred but training will be provided. - Computer literate with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Pleasant phone voice and good communication skills.
- Knowledge of auto sales/service industry is helpful.
