About usLetterdrop is a YC-backed seed stage startup. We help sales-led companies uncover new pipeline by automating social selling and providing unique intent data. We excel at selling pipeline and have success stories with companies like (Virtuous, Pawa Pay, Disco, Crossbeam).
Our AE and I have a repeatable outbound playbook with messaging and talk tracks for cold calling, typically booking 2-3 meetings per 200 targeted calls.
You will work closely with me, the CEO and Ryan, our founding AE. You’ll also learn from Isaiah, our sales advisor, who is one of the best sellers I’ve met and grew Tropic from $200k as first AE to $xxM as CRO.
About you- You are an SDR with experience at early-stage startups or a high-potential recent graduate or someone eager to break into sales early in your career

You are a high-potential early-career seller. We have a proven outbound process and top-tier coaching. Our former BDR became an AE in 11 months.
Who is this not a fit for?- You can’t commit to working hard now. If you have major outside priorities, this might not be suitable.
- You prefer a traditional structured environment.
- You lack the drive or aptitude to become a great seller.

What will you do?- Prospecting via cold calls, Linked In outreach, events, emails. You will self-source at least 8 SAOs per month.
- Provide feedback on automation setups in Clay, Letterdrop, RB2B based on your phone interactions.
- Become a public expert in our space to generate leads using Letterdrop.
- Build relationships with CMOs, Heads of Demand Gen, and Rev Ops.
- Located in or willing to move to New York City.
- Ability to quickly understand revenue team operations:
Sales, Rev Ops, Marketing. - Bachelor’s degree.
