Compensation: $97,000 - $100,000 annually plus bonus potential. Hourly pay for certain add‑ons ranges from $24.30 - $29.30/hour based on state/market and experience.

- Proactively sell and promote both hotel properties to targeted market segments including corporate, group, SMERF, and local accounts.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through sales calls, site tours, networking, and client events.
- Manage existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, repeat business, and long‑term partnerships.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and follow‑up documentation in accordance with brand and company standards.
- Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and maximize revenue potential for both properties.
- Coordinate and conduct site inspections, sales blitzes, and trade show participation on behalf of both hotels.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in CRM systems (e.g., Delphi.fdc, Opera, or similar).
- Achieve or exceed individual and combined room night and revenue goals.
- Work cross‑functionally with catering, operations, and brand teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Regularly analyze local market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies and stay competitive.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
- 2–4 years of hotel sales experience required; multi‑property or dual‑brand experience is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and cultivating business relationships.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel between both hotel locations as needed and work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems (e.g., Delphi.fdc, Opera, Salesforce).
