Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Business Associate with a proven track record in B2B sales and a strong network within the business ecosystem. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional who thrives in client‑facing environments and is adept at cultivating relationships through in‑person interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and close new B2B opportunities across mid‑sized and enterprise‑level companies in target industries.
- Leverage your network and industry knowledge to connect with decision‑makers and key stakeholders.
- Conduct in‑person meetings, attend industry events, and represent the company at relevant forums to generate leads and strengthen relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and post‑sale satisfaction.
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue goals while maintaining high professional standards.
- Track industry trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor activity to adapt your sales strategy effectively.
Key Requirements:
- B2B sales experience, with a proven track record in direct client acquisition, deal closure, and retention.
- Strong professional network within relevant industries (e.g., IT hardware, networking) or with partner companies.
- Solid understanding of the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing and follow‑ups.
- Prior experience in contract‑based or performance‑driven roles is strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- Self‑starter with a hunter mindset and the discipline to work independently while meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a distributed and remote team.
