Their unique approach to implants and wider portfolio has earned them strong market traction in Europe, and they are now investing in the New York City area to build a high-performing regional team.

The Role
This is a key field sales position focused on driving market share across Manhattan and Brooklyn. You’ll be introducing advanced, clinically credible solutions to private practices, surgical centres, and group networks, while managing existing accounts and building long-term relationships.
You will have full ownership of your New York City territory — expected to operate as a true regional leader, not just a rep. You’ll have the tools and freedom to approach the market your way, backed by excellent leadership and a product line clinicians trust.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of field sales experience in dental, surgical, or medical devices
- Strong implant industry knowledge preferred (e.g. Straumann, Neodent, Bio Horizons)
- A commercial “builder” mindset — someone hungry to take on a new challenge
- Excellent rapport-building skills with clinicians and practice owners
- A structured, strategic approach to territory growth
- Must be based in or near Manhattan/Brooklyn and willing to travel throughout the region as needed
