What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop local pricing strategies for hollow metal projects in collaboration with the Regional Sales Vice President and Sales Managers
  • Partner with sales and product management teams to create customized approaches for capturing market share
  • Analyze market dynamics and communicate competitive changes effectively
  • Maintain project hit rate statistics to enhance pricing strategies
  • Build and manage relationships with key hollow metal distributors to anticipate customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma required;
    Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in the hollow metal industry
  • Strong knowledge of the security industry
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to interface with multiple levels and functions internally and externally
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Sales experience in both the hollow metal and hardware industry
  • Understanding of operations and project management constraints
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate at all levels
  • Proficiency with CRM and estimation tools (e.g., Siebel)
  • Ability to travel 50%
