The RoleAs a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be the first point of contact for business owners looking for capital. You’ll qualify opportunities, educate clients on funding options, and move deals into the pipeline for closing. This is a full-cycle inside sales role with clear promotion paths, intensive training, and uncapped earning potential.
This is a management training program, the goal is to develop BDRs and only promote from within, we need to build our next generation of AEs, team leads, and managers.

What You’ll Do- Generate and qualify new business through proactive outbound calling, emailing, and multi-touch follow-up.
- Convert inbound leads by quickly assessing fit, urgency, and funding needs.
- Run discovery conversations with business owners to understand cash flow, goals, and challenges.
- Match clients to the right product across our lending suite, based on use case and underwriting reality.
- Build a reliable pipeline by tracking activity and outcomes with discipline.
- Maintain long-term relationships
: turning one-time deals into repeat business and referrals. - Collaborate with closers and leadership to improve scripts, targeting, and conversion.
- Master our product set, lending criteria, and sales process.
- Hit daily outbound and talk-time targets consistently.
- Build a personal pipeline of qualified SMB opportunities.

- Experience in inside sales, BDR/SDR work, lead generation, or phone-based customer‑facing roles. (not required but preferred)
- Ability to build trust quickly and professionally with business owners.
- Comfort navigating financial conversations (we’ll train you deeply).
- Commercial finance, lending, insurance, or SMB sales experience is a plus—not required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
