$175K-$200K Base + Commission + Equity | AI SaaS | New York (Hybrid)
A fast-growing AI marketing SaaS company is hiring a Sales Director, Agency Growth to drive enterprise sales across global agency holding companies and leading independent agencies. This is a high-impact role for a proven agency-facing seller who thrives in consultative enterprise sales, understands complex agency structures, and is excited to help define a new era of AI-powered marketing.
If you know how to navigate account teams, partnerships groups, centers of excellence, and investment teams-and you love closing new logos in competitive markets-this role offers autonomy, influence, and meaningful upside.
What You'll Do- Own sales strategy and execution for global agencies and independent agency networks
- Build relationships across holding companies, COEs, investment teams, and agency leadership
- Lead full-cycle sales : outreach, diagnosis, pitching, negotiation, and closing new logos
- Evangelize the platform and educate agency leaders on emerging AI marketing opportunities
- Become an expert in the evolving AI-driven marketing landscape and how brands will shift budgets, workflows, and measurement
- Partner with product and marketing to develop sales collateral, narratives, and case studies
- Influence pricing, packaging, and GTM motions based on agency needs and market insights
- Represent the company at agency meetings, industry events, and executive briefings
- Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and hit ambitious quota targets
- 5+ years of platform, data, or media sales into agency holding companies
- Proven track record closing enterprise deals and hitting revenue targets
- Ability to navigate complex agency organizations and multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Strong understanding of digital media, ad tech, or marketing platforms
- Familiarity with AI-or a deep interest and willingness to learn fast
- Consultative, strategic, and comfortable educating clients on new technology
- Entrepreneurial and self-sufficient—comfortable selling as an early IC on a small but elite team
- Willingness to travel as needed for pitches, meetings, and industry events
- Sell into the most powerful agencies and brands during a once-in-a-generation shift in marketing
- Huge whitespace as budgets move from legacy mar-tech to AI-driven tools
- Work with seasoned industry veterans and a best-in-class product
