Director of Sales

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales with a background in the Martech industry to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling Martech solutions to Enterprise clients and agencies.

• Develop and Implement Sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
• Lead and Mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve team goals and individual targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to drive sales.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and customer success teams to drive product adoption (Byonic) and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and KPI's to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to position the company as a leader in the Martech space.

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of success in selling Martech solutions to enterprise clients and agencies
• Strong understanding of Martech industry trends and technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentations skills
