AboutThe Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive focused on existing customers, you will play a crucial role in deepening and expanding relationships, driving growth and long‑term success. This is a full‑time position based remotely in the US.
What You’ll Do- Drive Growth:
Identify and capitalize on revenue expansion opportunities within high‑potential enterprise accounts. - Collaborate Cross‑Functionally:
Work closely with technical, product, and marketing teams to deliver tailored, value‑driven solutions. - Lead Discovery:
Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions with existing customers to uncover additional use cases and opportunities for cross‑sell and upsell initiatives. - Build Relationships:
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including C‑level executives and technical teams. - Strategic Account Planning:
Develop and implement strategic account plans focused on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. - Advocate for Customers:
Serve as the voice of the customer within Fivetran, advocating for their needs and driving product enhancements. - Pipeline Management:
Accurately forecast expansion revenue and maintain clear visibility into performance through active management of your sales pipeline.
- Enterprise software sales experience, with a strong track record in customer expansion and account management.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and engage multiple stakeholders.
- Extensive knowledge of the data technology landscape, with a focus on solution‑based selling.
- Proven ability to identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities, driving revenue growth within existing accounts.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a focus on building and executing long‑term strategic account plans.
- Strategic thinker who can articulate customer needs and align them with Fivetran’s offerings.
- Resilient, proactive problem solver with the ability to overcome challenges creatively.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a customer‑first mentality.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with data integration, databases, ETL, or business intelligence technologies is a strong plus.
