What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Leverage existing Italian network to engage with banks, digital lenders, neobanks, and fintech platforms
- Own the complete sales cycle from discovery to closing
- Drive proof of concepts (POCs), pilots, and early client launches in collaboration with Product and Operations teams
- Act as a trusted commercial partner to the Founders regarding pricing and positioning
- Provide structured market feedback to refine ideal customer profiles (ICPs), value propositions, and sales playbooks
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in fintech or B2B SaaS sales
- Proven track record of selling complex, regulated solutions to Italian financial institutions
- Strong, active personal network across banks, lenders, or credit-focused fintechs
- Experience navigating long enterprise sales cycles
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Demonstrated ability to drive commercial growth in competitive markets
- Experience in leading sales teams or mentoring junior sales staff
- Familiarity with emerging fintech trends and technologies
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate market data and sales performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
