What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Leverage existing Italian network to engage with banks, digital lenders, neobanks, and fintech platforms
  • Own the complete sales cycle from discovery to closing
  • Drive proof of concepts (POCs), pilots, and early client launches in collaboration with Product and Operations teams
  • Act as a trusted commercial partner to the Founders regarding pricing and positioning
  • Provide structured market feedback to refine ideal customer profiles (ICPs), value propositions, and sales playbooks
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in fintech or B2B SaaS sales
  • Proven track record of selling complex, regulated solutions to Italian financial institutions
  • Strong, active personal network across banks, lenders, or credit-focused fintechs
  • Experience navigating long enterprise sales cycles
  • Fluency in English and Italian

  • Demonstrated ability to drive commercial growth in competitive markets
  • Experience in leading sales teams or mentoring junior sales staff
  • Familiarity with emerging fintech trends and technologies
