ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads, set meetings and secure new clients across the commercial and residential building industry. Identify and target potential new clients, including property managers, building owners, and developers. Develop long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
QualificationsProven ability to develop and close sales opportunities. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Self‑motivated individual with exceptional organizational skills. Experience in real‑estate, property management, or a related industry.
BenefitsCompetitive base salary of $100,000 per year plus commissions: year 1, 3 %; year 2, 2 %; year 3, 1 %. Health insurance and a 401(k) with company match. Paid time off.
