Senior Sales Manager

Overview

The ideal candidate for this sales position will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in their assigned territory, as well as experience mentoring and coaching sales representatives to achieve record sales years. The candidate should have a talent for generating leads through cold calling and possess the ability to move customers through the sales cycle, creating and closing emotional sales opportunities.

Lead the sales team on daily calls and serve as the go‑to person for reps on the team for questions or guidance in the world of selling lasers. Serve as a subject matter expert in selling aesthetic lasers and lead people.

• Must have 3-5 years minimum as a highly successful Laser rep
• Must have proven track record of success. We want to see P-Club all over their resume along with any other sales accolades.
• Must be a proven leader
• Candidate must be from East‑coast states only

• Must have 2-3+ years of recent "laser sales" experience
