What You’ll Do
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a regional residential sales team focused on homeowner acquisition and retention.
  • Manage and optimize lead follow‑up strategies to maximize conversion rates and sales productivity.
  • Develop clear sales processes, metrics, and accountability standards to ensure consistent execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure seamless handoff from lead generation to service delivery.
  • Analyze customer data and sales trends to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Maintain a culture of service excellence and consultative selling throughout the sales organization.
  • Utilize established CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot) to execute all related tasks.
What You Bring
  • 5–8 years of residential sales experience, including team leadership or management.
  • Proven success managing homeowner‑focused sales and high‑volume lead follow‑up.
  • Strong coaching and motivational skills with a focus on accountability and results.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship‑building abilities.
  • Experience using CRM tools and analytics to track performance and optimize results.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
