RoleMirror Web is looking to hire an experienced Channel Manager to join our team. As our Channel Manager you will source, manage, and grow relationships and results with our channel partners, ensuring they have the support, resources, and training needed to successfully sell and promote Mirror Web’s products.
Key Responsibilities- Manage pipeline, sales activity, and create accurate forecasts
- Exceed quota
- Manage our network of current partners, ensuring strong relationships and effective execution of joint sales strategies, addressing concerns, providing product knowledge, and offering strategic support to help partners achieve their sales goals
- Identify and secure new channel partners, particularly MSPs, to expand our reach and strengthen Mirror Web’s position in the market
- Work closely with partners to help generate revenue and achieve sales targets for Mirror Web’s sales team
- Provide ongoing sales enablement, training, and resources
- 5 + years in a quota‑carrying channel sales role selling a SaaS product
- Bachelor’s Degree – Finance‑related degrees especially welcome
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding goals and commitment to achieving performance both individually and as a team
- Strong communication and presentation skills in person, on the phone, and over email
- Ability to shift priorities, demonstrate flexibility, coordinate multiple projects, and meet multiple deadlines
