We're looking for a driven Account Executive to join our MSP sales team and become a trusted advisor for our clients. The Account Executive is responsible for driving new business growth and managing relationships with clients from a multitude of verticals in the small and mid-market account sectors. In this role, you'll help organizations navigate their IT challenges with confidence by promoting solutions that truly make a difference.
Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for managed IT services within target markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and partnership
- Develop customized proposals and presentations that address client needs and showcase the company's value proposition
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver effective managed services solutions
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements in alignment with company standards and profitability goals
- Track sales activities, pipeline, and results using CRM systems and regularly report progress to management
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Develop a territory plan in collaboration with the VP of Sales for Managed Services
- All other duties, as assigned

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build positive and professional relationships at all levels within organizations
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, detail-oriented, presentation and time management skills
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team

- Motivated, goal oriented and coachable with a passion for learning
- Ability to earn client trust, along with excellent relationship management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Sales,
