Account Executive

Overview

A well-established insurance firm is seeking an experienced Account Executive with a proven background in both personal and commercial lines. This is a senior-level position requiring deep industry knowledge and established carrier relationships. The ideal candidate will be proactive, client-focused, and capable of independently managing and growing a book of business.

• Manage existing personal and commercial insurance accounts
• Shop markets and negotiate directly with carriers to secure optimal terms
• Deliver high-level customer service to clients with timely, knowledgeable support
• Provide expert guidance on policy selection, renewals, and coverage needs
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts
• Maintain strong relationships with underwriters and carrier partners
• Stay current on market conditions, products, and regulatory changes

• 3+ years of experience in an Account Executive role in the insurance industry
• Experience handling both personal and commercial lines
• Existing relationships with major carriers and strong market insight
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts
• Self-starter with a track record of growth and retention

Salary: $100k - $150k/Year
