Senior Associate, National Video​/Broadcast

**** You Will:
**** Video Investment and Execution:
*** Prepare reports for clients on national accounts (Tracking, GRP, Posts)
* Ensure that DDS and GRP charts reflect most updated brand requirements
* Communication with networks regarding client's scheduling
* Ensure that move requests have been requested and are being followed up on daily
* Organize all upfront information into summary documents (i.e. “Roll-Ups”)
* Analyze upfront plans, complete options and sell-off requests, negotiate scatter buys and prepare scatter buy recommendations
* Ensure that allocations match flighting/$'s/GRP requirements
* Prepare Monthly Spending Reports
** Client & Internal Relationships:
*** Maintain special client related projects (i.e. Marketplace updates)
* Develop relationships with network sales executives
* Help manage expectations of clients and their deliverables
* Work with supervisor to develop and oversee junior staff, manage time, assure projects are completed on time and follow budget
* Keep up with the latest trends in media, programming, and ratings
* Inform client/team of new opportunities or issues
* Participate in face-to-face client meetings
* Build relationships with internal and external teams and set a good example for associate level
** Communication:
*** Help develop media presentations and tactical POVs
* Develop client reports that are impactful
* Move audience to desired action through clear delivery of information
* Insure important information is provided to team regarding client issues, internal agency issues, and changes in account status.
** You Have:
*** Bachelor's Degree
* 1+ years of experience, including at least 1 year at the Associate level
* Media vendor negotiation experience
* Working knowledge of DDS
* Knowledge of media research terminology

The annual salary range for this position is $51,000-$83,375. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
