Responsibilities Include:
Managing and nurturing existing client relationships
Actively prospecting and developing new business opportunities
Conducting in-person meetings and site visits with potential clients
Creating customized proposals and closing new service contracts
Representing the company professionally in the field and at industry events
Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
Ideal Qualifications:
Proven success in field-based sales or business development
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Experience in the property services or related industries preferred
Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of closing deals
Ability to travel within the North Jersey area
