Membership and Sales Associate Boerum Hill

We're looking for an experienced, confident, and people-focused Sales Consultant to join our F45 family. This isn't just a sales role it's a relationship-building role. The right person will be outgoing, reliable, driven to grow the studio, and genuinely invested in helping people reach their goals. You need to be comfortable making calls, focused on growth (both personal and professional), and ready to be a key player in building a welcoming and energetic fitness community.

• Create exceptional new member onboarding experiences that build connection and loyalty
• Generate and manage leads, following up proactively to convert them into members
• Drive consistent growth and meet monthly new member targets
• Deliver studio tours and support member retention
• Ensure all guests and members feel welcomed, informed, and inspired to take the next step in their fitness journey
• Help keep the studio clean, safe, and well-presented at all times
• Be a positive and motivating presence in the studio

• Previous sales experience required (bonus if it's in fitness, hospitality, or memberships)
• Comfortable with outbound calling and confident speaking to new people
• Exceptionally personable, positive, and people-focused
• Genuinely passionate about fitness, health, and helping others
• Eager to grow, constantly improve, and stay sharp professionally and personally
• Familiar with (or open to learning) software such as Mind Body, Loyalsnap, and other sales tools

Hourly wage + uncapped commission
