Insurance Sales Producer

A growing P&C insurance company is seeking an Insurance Sales Producer to drive new business and expand its book of business (commercial and personal). This role is focused on outbound calling, relationship building, and generating new client opportunities within the market. The role has responsibility for prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting insurance solutions, and bringing on new clients while developing long-term relationships that support sustained revenue growth.

This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building a book of business and closing new accounts.

• Driving new business and expanding the book of business (commercial and personal)
• Conducting outbound calling and active prospecting
• Qualifying leads and presenting insurance solutions
• Bringing on new clients and managing the sales process
• Building and maintaining long‑term client relationships
• Developing sustained revenue growth through new accounts

• Sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services
• Strong outbound sales and relationship‑building skills
