Terial is disrupting the ~$13+ trillion global construction industry with AI-powered operating software for commercial roofers and contractors. Our product offers an exciting opportunity to build a vertical solution at the intersection of climate, real estate, and fintech. Since the start of 2025, we’ve 10x’d the business on the heels of overwhelming demand. Backed by top-tier investors and serving hundreds of customers nationwide, we’re scaling rapidly and you’ll join as one of our earliest non-technical hires.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a high-impact, collaborative Account Executive to help accelerate our growth and expand our presence in the commercial roofing industry. You’ll be joining a fast-growing core team at a pivotal moment, building on a proven go‑to‑market motion while bringing fresh ideas to deepen customer relationships and drive revenue. This role offers significant ownership, close collaboration with leadership, and the opportunity to grow alongside a company that’s scaling rapidly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Acquisition:
    Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing deals.
  • Market Leadership:
    Develop and execute strategies to establish Terial as the go‑to solution for commercial contractors.
  • Customer-Centric Selling:
    Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and positioning Terial’s value effectively.
  • Pipeline Development:
    Collaborate with the team to create and refine outbound and inbound lead generation strategies.
  • Feedback Loop:
    Act as the voice of the customer, providing critical feedback to influence product development and roadmap decisions.
  • Team Building:
    Lay the groundwork for scaling the sales team, including designing sales processes and mentoring future hires.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Experience selling to SMB or mid‑market customers; familiarity with construction and proptech is a strong plus but not required.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable navigating ambiguity and wearing multiple hats in a fast‑paced startup environment.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally.
  • A data‑driven approach to sales, with proficiency in CRM tools and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to travel (upwards of 20% of the time) to conferences, seminars and in‑person events with prospects.
  • Passion for learning and excitement about building solutions for an industry ready for transformation.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 OTE, commensurate with experience.
