Our client, a well‑funded and fast‑growing wealth‑tech startup in NYC is searching for a VP of Sales to join them and help them scale to the next level! This is a huge opportunity to join a fast‑growing startup who's found product market fit, and is ready to multiply their growth!

Ideal candidates will have experience selling into RIA's, scaling sales org's from $5M ARR+, and building world‑class teams!

This role is fully onsite in NYC—please take this into account as it is a firm requirement.

• Lead 2 Managers, and 8 indirect reports across B2B and B2C sales
• Take product market fit and scale it to $10M ARR and beyond
• Understand the current sales cycles and structures and optimize to help scale
• Work hand in hand with the CEO and 2 Senior sales managers
• Partner with the in‑house GTM Engineer to help optimize the teams activity and workflows
• Define key roles within the team and build out potential SDR motion
• Get involved in sales for the first ~6 months to understand the business, remain involved for large, key sales processes and closing

• 10+ years of experience—recent experience in scaling startups
• Experience selling to RIA's
• Have a recent playbook on how to scale a startup sales Org
• Recent experience scaling a $5-20M ARR Org to Double or Triple, built teams from 10 to 20 and beyond
• Willingness to be hands on in sales for the first 6-months to understand the business

Compensation for this role will include a base salary + variable comp + equity. Total OTE is expected to fall between $340-420k.
