Job Responsibilities
  • Develop long-term relationships and build partnerships with assigned engineering, general contractor, and contractor accounts
  • Position Automated Logic as the preferred choice for building automation design
  • Perform take-offs and bid projects with a full spectrum of Automated Logic offerings
  • Negotiate with contractors regarding project scope, specifications, pricing, and terms
  • Generate a high level of activity to feed the sales pipeline and manage opportunities through the sales cycle to close
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of sales experience in construction plan and specification BMS projects
  • 2+ years of BMS estimating experience
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in BMS project management
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated and organized to achieve annual goals and objectives
