A real estate brokerage in Brooklyn is seeking a highly motivated, self‑driven individual to join the team as an Investment Sales Associate

No prior experience is required, though backgrounds in sales, real estate, finance, or investments are a plus. Comprehensive training is provided to equip candidates with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to succeed.

• Assist in sourcing and identifying industrial investment properties across the U.S.
• Support senior team members with market research and investment analysis
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and property owners
• Conduct outreach, follow‑ups, and relationship‑building initiatives
• Assist in preparing sales materials, financial analyses, and investment presentations
• Track deal activity and support transaction processes from start to finish
• Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
