Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partnersоф deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

• Comprehensive 10‑week training program

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers aldrig must work to build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and controlling inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

Compensation – A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 – $90,000/Year and is a combination of base salary animations earned commissions. The disclosed range accounts for skill sets, experience and training, performance, and other business needs. This range has not been adjusted for applicable geographic differentials and is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range.
