What You'll Do at Pega- Build trusted advisor relationships with multiple stakeholders across client organizations.
- Leverage industry and product knowledge to demonstrate how clients can maximize license usage for business benefits.
- Penetrate new organizations/accounts and grow existing customer accounts within the assigned portfolio.
- Provide strategic insights that spark commercial conversations and teach clients how to compete in their markets.
- Continuously build and maintain a pipeline of sales activity through prospecting and pipelining using a variety of methods.
- Collaborate with Pega’s partners to generate value propositions.
You are a motivated enterprise software sales executive, driven to add value to clients and their business process automation strategies. You quickly gain credibility, build strong relationships, and contribute to the success of both our clients and Pega.
What You've Accomplished- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
- 7–10+ years of direct enterprise software sales experience.
- Stable, progressive quota achievement history in greenfield/hunting roles.
- Strong foundation in prospecting, account management, radiation, and pipelining.
- In‑depth knowledge of BPA, DPA, RPA, CRM, and Case Management enterprise solutions.
- Experience working with large partner organizations.
- Formal sales training participation.
- Track record of challenging and improving a customer’s way of doing business.
- Technical proficiency in business automation.
- Exceptional presentation skills.
- Industry‑acclaimed technology leadership recognized by Gartner and Forrester.

Base salary range: $128,700 – $196,000 USD annually, with potential eligibility for annual bonuses or commissions, as well as benefits and other incentives.
