Summary
The Retail Partner Manager - West will manage relationships with authorized retailers across the western territory, driving sell-out performance and ensuring a consistent brand experience. The role is responsible for planning, product allocation, stock management and developing commercial action plans to meet qualitative and quantitative KPIs. This position requires close collaboration with sales teams, support for training programs, and frequent travel to partner locations.
Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day sales activity for West authorized retailers
- Monitor sell-out activity and competitive landscape at each point of sale
- Support partners in planning, product allocation and stock management
- Develop and monitor action plans to achieve commercial KPIs
- Ensure brand image and Maison guidelines are upheld in all points of sale
- Prepare and conduct monthly visits and meetings with partners
- Evaluate and coordinate implementation of new shop-in-shops and strengthen distribution network
- Support retailer events and cooperative CRM initiatives
- At least 5 years of professional experience in luxury sales or retail; luxury watches or jewelry experience is a plus
- Responsible, confident negotiator with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong customer orientation and sales talent with omnichannel retail understanding
- Independent, proactive and analytical with strong follow-through
- Willingness to travel up to 75% and a valid drivers license
