We’re working with a leading global RF and microwave technology company, to identify a
Director of Sales Operations
. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for a
global organization of more than 70 people
, encompassing Inside Sales, Customer Service, CRM/Salesforce, sales funnel management and forecasting.
- The Director will work closely with senior sales leadership to improve the entire customer-facing sales process—from opportunity management and forecasting through order execution and on-time delivery.
- We’re looking for a strong people leader who combines
sales operations expertise, analytics and process improvement
with a very strong understanding of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce. - Experience in RF, semiconductors or another technical manufacturing environment
would be particularly attractive. - Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
