How You’ll Get Leads
~Warm leads provided through company marketing and lead-generation partners
~Walk-in showroom traffic
~Referrals from satisfied clients
~Networking events and community involvement
~Opportunity to generate your own leads for increased commission opportunities   

What You’ll Do
~Meet with homeowners to discuss kitchen remodeling projects
~Conduct in-home consultations and showroom appointments
~Build trust with clients by understanding their goals, budget, and vision
~Present solutions across our full range of services including:
~Cabinet Painting
~Cabinet Refacing
~Redooring
~New Cabinets
~Countertops
~Kitchen Tune-Ups and Accessories

~Prepare proposals, estimates, and sales presentations
~Utilize basic design software such as Sketch Up or similar programs (training provided)
~Follow up on leads and maintain communication throughout the sales process
~Confidently ask for the sale and close projects professionally
~Coordinate project details with our office and installation teams
~Attend networking events and represent the company in the community
~Perform final project walkthroughs to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals

What Makes You a Great Fit
~Strong sales and customer service skills
~Comfortable discussing home improvement or construction-related projects with homeowners
~Basic understanding of remodeling, cabinetry, carpentry, construction materials, or residential renovations
~Ability to read measurements and understand layouts/design concepts
~Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
~Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through abilities
~Self-motivated and goal-driven
~Professional demeanor suitable for working inside clients’ homes
~Comfortable working evenings or weekends as needed for appointments

Preferred Experience & Qualifications
~Previous experience in:
~Home improvement sales
~Kitchen and bath remodeling
~Construction sales
~Flooring, cabinetry, windows, roofing, or similar industries

~Proven track record in sales and closing deals
~Experience with estimating, quoting, or project consultation preferred
~Familiarity with design software is a plus
~Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
