Regional Sales Director

We are looking for a proven Fin Tech Sales Hunter to drive new business growth across the Banking, Payments, Lending, Mortgage, and Financial Services sectors. This is a high-impact role focused on winning new enterprise clients, building executive relationships, and closing large technology and digital transformation deals. The role is based on the responsibilities and qualifications outlined in the internal Fin Tech sales profile.

• Generate and close new business opportunities within Fin Tech and Financial Services.
• Build relationships with C-suite and senior business leaders.
• Develop and manage a strong pipeline through networking, prospecting, referrals, and industry events.
• Lead the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to contract closure.
• Partner with solution and delivery teams to craft compelling client solutions.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences and customer meetings.
• Consistently exceed revenue and growth targets.

• 10+ years of enterprise technology or consulting sales experience.
• Strong experience selling into Fin Tech, Banking, Payments, Lending, or Financial Services organizations.
• Demonstrated success acquiring new logos and growing market presence.
• Experience selling digital transformation, cloud, AI, software engineering, or managed services solutions.
• Strong executive presence, negotiation skills, and commercial acumen.
• An existing network within the Financial Services ecosystem is a plus.
