Sales Director

Job Title: Director of Sales, Luxury Senior Living

Location: New York

Compensation: $K + Commission target of $200,000+OTE

• Execute the full sales process, from discovery meetings and personalized tours through follow-up, objection handling and closing.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly move-in, revenue and occupancy targets by effectively progressing leads through the pipeline.
• Build and maintain referral networks through external outreach, presentations, business development and community marketing events.
• Manage lead inquiries and CRM activity accurately, while tracking conversion metrics, preparing sales reports and monitoring KPIs.
• Collaborate with executive, sales, clinical and operations teams to align marketing and pricing strategies and deliver a positive move-in experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
• Minimum two years’ sales and marketing experience within senior living or senior housing, with a proven record of achieving sales and occupancy targets.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills, with a professional, compassionate and resident- and family-focused approach.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage leads, track performance and support sales reporting, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Highly organised and comfortable working onsite, conducting tours, managing competing priorities and attending community and local networking events.
