• Meet with homeowners at their properties
• Understand project goals and budgets
• Present remodeling solutions and pricing
• Manage leads and sales opportunities
• Build client relationships
• Negotiate and close projects
• Maintain accurate CRM records

• 3+ years of sales or client relationship experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to close sales
• Self-motivated and organized
• Construction or remodeling experience is a plus
