Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $ Base+Commission/year

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, creating a welcoming dealership experience
• Identify customer needs and guide them through the vehicle selection process
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and technology
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle performance and capabilities
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, current inventory, and manufacturer programs
• Work closely with management and the finance team to structure and finalize deals
• Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain accurate customer records and activities in the CRM system
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Assist with showroom presentation, vehicle displays, and lot organization
• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns in a professional manner

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Punctual, dependable, self-motivated, and committed to providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable building relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong customer service, sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to listen to customer needs, explain vehicle features and options, and confidently guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, dealership technology, computers, tablets, and other digital sales tools.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented sales environment.
• Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven dealership environment.
• Professional appearance, attitude, and demeanor.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, move throughout the showroom and dealership lot, and regularly enter and exit various vehicles throughout the workday.
• Ability to occasionally bend, reach, stoop, and lift or carry up to 25 pounds, as well as perform job duties indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions,
• Flexible availability, including evenings, Saturdays, Sundays, and other dealership operating hours as required.
• Previous automotive sales, retail sales, customer service, or other commission-based sales experience is preferred, but not required.
