Part‑Time Core Sales Associate

The Core Sales Associate is responsible for delivering a world‑class customer experience, surpassing sales goals, and continuously finding innovative ways to engage and attract fans.

• Consistently deliver on KPIs, embrace full cross‑training across store functions, and demonstrate leadership potential by mentoring new team members.
• All other duties as assigned.

• At least 1 year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Proven communication skills (written and verbal) with a caring approach.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels.
• Minimum age 18 with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
• Consistent 20+ hours per week schedule preferred; peak weeks may increase to 21 hours, not to exceed 30 hours per week.
• Dependability in operating during peak hours and critical shifts.

Pay
: $16.00 – $17.60 per hour, commensurate with experience.
