Our Pre‑Sale Associates play a crucial role in building excitement and growing our membership before a new club even opens its doors. This position offers tremendous growth and career advancement opportunities.

• Build quality relationships in the community while representing the Crunch brand.
• Generate leads through conversations and community engagement.
• Execute key pre‑sale marketing actions such as handing out flyers and managing social media presence.
• Support the management team at pre‑sale events such as site activations, BBQs, one‑day sales, and our grand opening party.
• Act with integrity—only collecting quality leads from genuinely interested potential members.

• Outgoing and energetic personality—you love talking to people!
• Organized and detail‑oriented—you get things done efficiently.
• Service‑minded & team‑oriented—you thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Professional and self‑motivated—you take initiative and lead by example.
• Effective communicator—both in person and online.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.
• Willing to work outdoors, on your feet for extended periods when needed.
• Must have valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
