Responsibilities- Willing to call, text, email and most importantly engage in person with our customers at every level.

- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Set objectives, establish schedules, and create policies and procedures to ensure the achievement of sales targets and profitability.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving any issues that may arise during the sales process.
- Stay up‑to‑date with automotive industry trends, technology, and regulations to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
- 3+ years of experience as a Sales Manager or equivalent role in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and profitability targets.
- Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve their targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and experience with inventory management and pricing strategies.
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends, technology, and regulations.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.
