Ari Zona Beverages isseekingambitious, entry-level professionals to joinour teamas Sales Marketing Associates. This role reports into the Sales organization and offers a rare opportunity to work side by sidewith senior leadership,and directly with theChairmanof Ari Zona  Beverageson high-impact projects.

Associates will gain hands-on experience executing sales marketing initiatives while learning the Ari Zona way of building lasting customer relationships and brand success.

• Direct collaboration and guidance from Ari Zona Beverages’ senior leadership and Chairman.
• A reporting structure within the Sales team, ensuring hands-on sales experience and professional development.
• Experience working on special projects and real-world initiatives thatimpactthe brand nationally.
• Exposure to the Ari Zona philosophy of business, branding, and customer engagement.
• Career-building relationships and skills to accelerate future opportunities in sales marketing, and brand management.

• Report directly into the Sales team, supporting initiatives aligned with business growth.
• Work hand-in-hand with senior leadership andchairmanon special sales marketing projects.
• Assistin the planning and rollout ofsalesmarketing campaigns, promotional strategies, and sales programs.
• Conductsalesmarketresearch and competitive analysis toidentifytrends and opportunities.
• Support customer engagement, account development, and field sales activities.
• Participate in strategic discussions, workshops, and learning sessions led by executives and ownership.
• Travel across the country to support initiatives, attend events, and execute projects in key markets.
• Collaborate with peers in the program on team-based assignments with measurable outcomes.

• Must currentlyresidein Long Island, NY.
• Recent graduate or early-career professional (Sales Marketing, Business, or related field preferred).
• Availability to travel, as needed across the U.S. for events, projects, and fieldwork.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills .
• Highly motivated witha strong desireto learn directly from senior leadership and ownership.
• Interest in consumer goods, branding, and innovative sales strategies.
• Team player with an entrepreneurial mindset.
