Account Development Manager – Logistics

We are currently seeking an Account Development Manager – Logistics to join our team in Lititz, Pennsylvania.

The Account Development Manager is responsible for managing, strengthening, and growing relationships with PNG Worldwide's existing customers.

This position is ideal for a relationship-focused sales professional who understands that significant growth can come from developing the customers we already serve.

The role will work closely with assigned accounts to understand their transportation activity, identify additional opportunities, resolve concerns, and introduce customers to PNG Worldwide's broader domestic and international logistics capabilities.

This is not primarily a cold-prospecting position. The focus is on customer retention, account development, relationship management, and increasing the value of existing customer partnerships

• Manage and develop a portfolio of existing PNG Worldwide customers
• Build strong relationships with customer contacts and decision-makers
• Conduct regular customer calls and account reviews
• Understand each customer's transportation activity, service requirements, and business objectives
• Identify opportunities to increase shipment volume and expand services within existing accounts
• Introduce customers to additional PNG capabilities including LTL, truckload, air freight, ocean freight, customs brokerage, and managed transportation
• Monitor customer activity and identify declining volume or potential retention risks
• Work with operations teams to resolve service issues and improve customer experience
• Coordinate pricing reviews, proposals, and transportation solutions
• Support customer onboarding for new locations, divisions, or transportation services
• Maintain account activity and growth opportunities within Hub Spot CRM
• Develop account plans for strategic customers
• Participate in customer business reviews and performance discussions
• Meet established customer retention and account-growth objectives

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales, account management, customer service, or logistics experience
• Transportation, freight brokerage, LTL, trucking, or supply chain experience strongly preferred
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to identify customer needs and develop additional business opportunities
• Comfortable communicating with customers by telephone, virtually, and in person
• Strong problem-solving and follow-through
• Ability to work collaboratively with operations and customer service teams
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Hub Spot
• Organized, accountable, and customer-focused
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
