The Style Advisor delivers personalized luxury shopping experiences at the boutique, building client relationships and supporting sales and store operations. The role shares Zegna product, craftsmanship, and Made to Measure expertise to help clients find tailored wardrobe solutions.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional in-store service and build client relationships through networking, CRM follow-ups, and personalized selling.
- Consult with clients to curate total looks and promote Made to Measure services.
- Use digital tools and product storytelling to support an integrated luxury experience.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide after-sales service, including alterations and repairs.
- Maintain clienteling and CRM standards, contribute to store operations and KPIs, and share customer insights with the team.
- At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail or client-focused sales.
- Proficiency with digital tools and CRM platforms, with knowledge of clienteling practices.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and personal growth.
