The Fashion Consultant builds an individual personal shopping business by delivering personalized service in an exclusive client space. The role develops client relationships, recruits new customers, and drives sales through in-person and digital engagement.
Responsibilities- Create and develop strong client relationships and maintain client preferences using digital tools.
- Recruit clients through events and grow existing client relationships and sales.
- Source products across store, digital, and distribution inventory for client appointments.
- Maintain a digital presence, create content, and promote the business through social media selling.
- Conduct basic alteration fittings and represent the brand in the community.
- At least 3 years of retail experience in a customer-focused luxury sales environment.
- Experience with luxury fashion and lifestyle, sales quotas, and commission-based selling.
- An established client network or following on multiple social media platforms and ability to create content.
- Experience executing events.
