The Beauty Advisor provides personalized customer service and expert beauty consultations while building client relationships and driving sales for the cosmetics counter. The role focuses on achieving sales goals, using clienteling tools, and maintaining a welcoming, well-merchandised selling area.
Responsibilities- Achieve individual, vendor line, event, and department sales goals.
- Develop customer relationships, record client preferences, and follow up with clients.
- Provide professional makeup and treatment consultations and applications.
- Maintain counter standards and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Work effectively with team members and the designated account executive.
- At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in customer-focused cosmetics.
- Demonstrated successful sales experience and ability to exceed quotas.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and work independently.
- Comfort learning and using clienteling tools and software.
- Strong attention to detail, initiative, organization, and business judgment.
