Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a results driven automotive retail leader who can coach and develop a high-performing sales team, structure profitable and customer-focused deals. This position is well suited for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment.

• Coach, motivate, and grow a high-performing sales team
• Run daily meetings, performance reviews, and deal approvals
• Oversee the full sales process—from greeting to delivery
• Structure profitable, customer-focused deals
• Manage CRM activity, follow-up standards, and inventory merchandising
• Partner with leadership to hit monthly sales and gross targets
• Recruit and develop strong sales professionals

• 5+ years automotive retail management experience
• GMC experience preferred
• Proven success as a Sales Manager
• Strong deal structure, lender relationships, and compliance knowledge
• Experience with CDK or comparable dealership management system
• Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets the dealership’s insurance and vehicle-use requirements.
• Availability to work a dealership schedule, including evenings and weekends as required.

• $125K - $140K with bonus opportunity.
