We are seeking a motivated person to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting and selling our home care services.

Our full-time top performers enjoy incomes in the 6-figure range with a starting base salary of $55,000 to $65,000/year plus eligibility for immediate uncapped commissions. Since SARA believes in promoting from within, an excellent performer in this position can be promoted to management levels and receive bonuses for their efforts.

SARA will consider part-time Sales Marketing Consultants for those interested in representing the agency to generate leads and close the sale.

• Conduct outbound calls using the warm leads provided to you by SARA Companion Homecare.
• Communicate effectively the benefits of our services, addressing any questions or concerns. Close the sale.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM tools.
• Develop referral sources with external organizations and professionals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for outreach and engagement.

• Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales while maintaining a customer‑centric approach.
• Excellent customer service skills with a compassionate attitude towards clients.
• Have a driver’s license and vehicle.

Job Types: Full‑time, Part‑time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year

Shift: 8 hour shift

• Sales: 3 years (Required)
• Telesales/Telemarketing: 2 years (Preferred)
• Home care: 3 years (Preferred)
