Kolterhomes is seeking a motivated New Home Guide to join our Sales team. You will lead prospects through the new home sales process, greet visitors, manage traffic, and demonstrate model homes using our established sales process.
You will assist buyers with home selection and purchase agreements, manage contingencies, and maintain ongoing communication to ensure a smooth experience from first visit through closing. A Real Estate License is required, with bachelor’s degree preferred.
